    What do you recommend as an excellent Cognac? Is Cognac different from brandy?

    I enjoy learning a bit about this stuff, as I know nothing.

    Cognac is aged longer. I'm partial to Remy Martin, but you can't go wrong with Hennessey or Courvoisier.
